Mission Statement

Claudia has made it her mission to demystify healing and inspires us to trust in the healing power within. Nature helps us to heal. Our stories, our myths, and our choices can either create the magic of healing in our life or can stop it completely. Our feelings, not our understanding of our feelings, allow us to heal. We may prefer to retreat from noise and activity, or we may choose noise and activity to activate our healing. Grateful for the many ways in which the power within me uses noise within the stillness, and stillness within the noise to heal us. We can heal in any environment because nothing exists outside of nature.
